Tracking is a key part of learning in the early years of childhood. This can also be applied to children and adults with additional needs . Tracking is the understanding of what is seen: taking in visual information- and obtaining meaning from it. Tracking is the ability to track a moving object, and the ability to switch fixation from one to the other. Well developed eye tracking is crucial to making accurate eye reading movements, and practising this skill is important to help individuals reach their full potential.
